Are all theses methods worthless without the right bin?

Are all theses methods worthless without the right bin?

If so how do you find the right bin?

Do you goto a shop and say I need a bin ( card)for this site?
Or
Do I ask them what sites do your cards work with?
Or
Do you just get any card bin and hope for the best if don't work get another bin and keep going to find the right bin?

I been reading that every bin online is no good don't work no more

Or am I missing something altogether
