Hi guys,
here I will explain how I refunded my Nike order of 490€.
1. Order stuff under 500$.
2. Receive them.
3. Call Nike or live tchat them, say that almost all items were missing.
I said that the box was not empty but all the clothes packaging and the shoes box were empty.
I received 3 packages so I made a partial refund on 2x.
4. They will maybe ask you a picture of the box with this method, send them.
5. They will call you back saying they opened an investigation, tell them it's perfect.
6. 1 week later you will receive a confirmation of refund by phone and by mail.
7. Send back the others items if you really don't want to pay
