Note: If you already have your own Proxies you can skip to Number 3
1) First of all you will need to get proxies there is a lot of websites that post proxies all the time but if you don't know any you can go here: https://proxyscrape.com/free-proxy-list
2) in that site they will tell you how long those proxies were updated then pick what proxy type you want and download it (HTTPS/Socks4/Socks5)
3) Now that you have your proxies you need to know what proxies are dead you don't want dead proxies when you cracking they will mess your combo list and will skip a lot.
4) Download this tool to check proxies here: https://proxyscrape.com/proxy-checker now download the tool at your own risk i used this tool and i don't have any virus but if anything happens to you is not on me.
5) Open the tool then press 1 and ENTER to Check Proxies then timeout in MS type 2000 and press ENTER threads amount type 100 or 150 and press ENTER
6) Important make sure you put what type of proxies you want to check HTTPS/Socks4/Socks5 then press 2 that you want to check your own file of proxies if it ask to support Proxyscrape press N for No.
7) Select the proxies you want to check and wait till is done.
8) Once it is done it will add a folder showing the live proxies.
