i have 2 pua accounts that i been claiming since 03/09/2020

One is for ny & the other is for Montana. I certified for every single weekly benefits and the back pay is still in there. I been emailing the people and telling them that I'm stuck in another city so I can't get home to get my docs and they been very understanding, they're letting me keep claiming and she said if I put up a ss card and a ID they'll release payment. Idk how to do all that so before it go to waste I rather break it down with somebody, you help me and I help you.
