Q: Card Phonecredit on German Simcards and then Cash Out

Im from germany and wanted to start carding phone credit with us/uk non vbv’s on some german phone simcards from vodafone so after that i can pay with credit on it, for example buy on google play or g2a (far as i know they accept mobile credit payments).. i heard- german simcards would be the best for the method. Yall think its gone work?
Where is a place i can buy german phone credit us or uk non vbv cc ?
