I got the CCs. Found them quite usable. Profit is there, but there is still a lot of work to be done.
Cool stouff at a ridiculous price in my opinion. For these CCs, $8 is almost a bargain.
Canada has managed to cover the profits that USA has always made. The balances are fatter this time!
It's the BINs who are the lucky ones. This geo happens, but I wouldn't say all of Canada is great quality.
