- Some Good Cards (Mastercard's a Ripper).
Steps:
1. Head to BILLMYPARENTS.COM and fill out the Sign Up form to get the prepaid CC sent to ya (Use Non-AVS) OR Just grab a Greendot with the Shipping Address you're gonna use.
2. Activate the Card as soon as ya get it. While activating, you'll only be able to link the parents CC (Prepaid Card or Non-AVS).
3. Once your card's activated, ya can start topping up the card easily (Keep adding cards and topping up the card, hit the ATM & get the cash or go shopping).
