3. Find the item you're interested in, add it to your cart, and wait for 2 to 3 hours.
4. Ensure that you've created an account that is at least 1 to 2 days old.
5. Use the same IP, credit card, and VPN.
6. Proceed to complete your order.

If using a public card, try for amounts between $5 to $10. With high-quality non-VBV USA cards or rare bins in other countries, you can attempt transactions ranging from $100 to $300 or more, typically without cancellations.
