4. Go to namecheap.com register an account with hosting.
5. Set it up very easy using wordpress themes.(ex: moderne lingerie) very easy
6. Get some products on your website.
7. Connect 2heckout with your website, just google: how to connect 2checkout with my ecommerce website.
8. Start carding your shop - buy your own products with stolen CC
9. Wait for funds to arrive in your Payoneer account.
10. Exchange Payoneer to Bitcoin https://www.bestchange.com/payoneer-to-bitcoin.html

Or if you have a drop you can have Payoneer mail the Payoneer Debit Card, and you can just head over to an ATM and get your cash.
