stage 3:
send letters to casualty utilizing your readnotify.com mail account. Prior to sending letters affix ".readnotify.com" at end of casualty mail ID.
For eg:
victimid[@]gmail.com.readnotify.com
stage 4:
assuming casualty opens the mail, his data will be tracked(IP address) and sent to your record.
