Step 1: Create an account on https://www.coincola.com/
Step 2: Find an exchange for the Giftcard you want & the currency you want.
Step 3: Once you've chosen your selected exchange, contact the exchanger and ask them if they are available to trade, (choose people with high reviews, none are rippers but some are sketchy as fuck 1k below ratings though.) If they agree, continue the exchange and they will redeem the code on their end and then transfer it to your account.
Step 4: Withdraw, and you're done.
