This method works for every 30-days 
It's an old one but i used it multiple times in my past time.
Get a email, in the past i used protonmail.com because amazon detects since 2019 temp mails. I used earlier different temp mails but since protonmail won't accept anymore tempmails, it's hard to find. So i used https://trashinbox.net for protonmail receive code but it also won't work, all what you can try is to use the gmail trick with alias gmail to get protonmail code. Otherwise use a free email domain or hack some emails with mail access.
PoC Of Trashmail OTP:
Use a german VPN because you need to enter bank details (IBAN, BIC, Name). Conntect to german VPN and go to https://amazon.de/
For fake details use https://fake-it.ws/de, use the name of the user on amazon signup, then enter email & password.
Enter the amazon OTP from your email and then head over to amazon homepage. If you can't understand german use translator, you go to prime video page and choose "test for 30-days".
On the payment site enter bank details from fake-it website
Example:
IBAN : DE77560501800292807880
BIC : MALADE51KRE
Name : Same as register name
After you done this, it will ask you for more details like address:
= 
Adresse = Address
Postleitzahl(PLZ) = Postcode
Stadt = City
Telefonnummer = Phone
Enter the details from fake-it and then use this address, amazon will try to give you a address recommendation, agree with it.
If you have done this you should able to use amazon prime, look to your email you will have an german email like this :
There you go, if you log in on a new device you have to enter OTP from the email!
If you have only 1-2 days left, remove your amazon prime account and try to use same email again.
If you want fsk 18 movies, you have to use fake id from fake-it generated site, but make sure you didn't closed it because it must be the same IBAN and BIC as the prime video!!
Just copy these blocks:

(i wasn't asked to verify that i am 18, so i can't get the link to show you but IF you get asked use the passport from fake-it)
If you want to register Tv or Phones you can simply go to https://www.amazon.de/mytv, your tv will give you a code like HVEW31 just write it and click "add device"
