1) Create an account at: evga.com
2) Find a serial number for the graphics card you want (Ebay,Facebook etc)
3) Go to:https://www.evga.com/warranty/rmaprocess/
you can either do Standard RMA (FTID but longer) or Cross-Ship RMA (FTID but you have to pay a deposit (MORE RISKY))
4) Register your RMA form and wait for it to be approved, they will then send you a label or you print out your own.
5) Create an invoice (LOCAL not currys or some shit) and upload it on the EVGA website.
6) FTIDv3 that shit, wait 2 weeks after it was delivered then contact them and ask where the fuck it is, make sure you have proof of postage as they may want it.
7) They will do an investigation, this is just them checking CCTV and shit they don't do anything else, they will then be like UPS lost it please contact them, you make a claim with UPS (ups.com/claim) once the claim is approved (1-2 weeks) you recontact EVGA, they will either ship you out a new card or they will send you the money the GPU is worth.
8) I recommend sending to drop, although with FTID they can't really do much lol.
